Eclairs double twisting
In 2013, Beijing Plant built a complete line of Ecalirs product, Sanke provided the main conveyor, branch conveyor and Double twist wrapping machines.
This conveyor and packing line were fully automatic and were in high performance. The packing line was consisted by 1 main conveyor, 5 branch conveyors and 5 wrapping machines.

In 2015, Sanke offered 2 sets Gumbase melter to MDLZ’s Guangzhou factory. Volume: 2000 liters per a set.

Pakistan Hub plant placed order for 4 sets of double twist wrappers for the Eclairs in 2017.
These machines bring more capacity to Hub plant, to reach the higher marketing requirement locally.

At the same time, Hub plant placed order for 2 sets of flow packing machines, BZK2000A is high speed machine, and built as CAT3 standards. The 2 machines instead of some old machines, 2 sets of BFK2000A are stably running at 1500pcs/min, comparing old machine (300pcs/min) is a big success.
