● Adopts SEW(German brand) motor and reducer

● Hollow  “Z” shape stir  keeps small space to inner side of the tank

● Main stir and assistant stir are driven by one motor with reducer via a pair of gears, speed is adjustable by a converter

●  Discharging screw is driven by separate motor, speed is adjustable by a converter

● Open or close outlet is controlled by cylinder, mass is discharged by screw automatically

● Stirs, batch, chamber of discharge screw are jacket design and can be heated and current temperature is shown on screen

● Programmable controller, HMI, integrated control

● Modular design, easy to disassemble and clean

● Contact parts are made of SS304, dustproof design, meets GMP standard

● CE safety authorization
