Short Description:
The BFK200G pillow packaging machine is a medium-to-high-speed pillow packaging machine specially designed for gummy candies and other types of soft candies in various shapes. It is suitable for products with dimensions of 20–150 mm in length, 11–45 mm in width, and 5–20 mm in thickness. It can produce both single packs and multi-packs in pillow packaging style, and can meet the packaging requirements of products of different shapes within the machine’s permitted packaging size range
The machine adopts a PLC control system, including 3-axis servo motors, 1 variable-frequency motor, an ELAU motion controller, a human-machine interface (HMI), and a bus-based integrated control architecture, ensuring stable operation, convenient operation, and efficient maintenance

● The conveyor chain is driven by a dedicated servo motor, ensuring smooth operation and excellent synchronization
● The longitudinal and transverse sealing wheels are driven by independent servo motors, ensuring firm sealing and strong adaptability
● The clamping and securing of the packaging film reel are automatically performed by a pneumatic system, making film replacement quick and labor-saving
● Equipped with a centralized lubrication system to effectively extend the service life of key components and reduce maintenance costs
● Manual feeding the number of manual workstations can be adjusted according to actual requirements
