BZT1000 & HC600 Side-Push Cartoning Machine
Short Description:
The BZT1000 & HC600 is an integrated packaging system that combines a single-piece folding wrapper with a side-push cartoner. In the workflow, the BZT1000 wrapper automatically collates, wraps, and groups unwrapped candies into rows based on a preset count (e.g., 10 pieces per row). The HC600 cartoner then automatically picks the cardboard blanks, forms the cartons, pushes the product groups into the cartons, and finally seals the flaps.
This system is ideal for a wide range of hard and soft candy shapes, including squares and rounds, such as chewing gum, bubble gum, toffees, and milk candies. It represents a premium choice for medium-to-high-speed, fully automatic candy cartoning lines

The BZT1000 & HC600 can be easily integrated with upstream and downstream equipment to create a complete, fully automatic packaging line. For instance, it can be connected to Sanke’s BFK2000I Flow Packing Machine or BZM500 Fin-Seal Wrapping Machine for outer wrapping, and then linked to an SP30 Tray Erector & Packing Machine. This enables a fully automated process from primary product wrapping to secondary collective packaging
