Short Description:
The BZW1000&FS300 is an ideal solution for cut and fin-sealed stick packing of soft candies and toffees. The equipment receives pre-formed candy ropes from upstream machines, cuts and fold-wraps individual candies according to size requirements, then arranges and aligns the inner-wrapped candies per the specified quantity per stick, and finally completes stick package in fin-sealed style. It fulfills the need for fully automatic, high-speed fin-sealed stick pack from candy ropes to finished stick packs
Its unique step-by-step station design not only reduces demanding requirements for packaging materials but also effectively controls packaging costs at high operating speeds. Core parts adopt mechanical transmission and a centralized lubrication system, ensuring excellent long-term operational stability and easy maintenance, helping you effortlessly improve production efficiency
